Retention storage is over its allowance You are holding 1.14 TB against a 1 TB allowance, which is 140 GB more than the plan covers. Trimming audit-raw to 30-day retention frees up about 210 GB. Moving to the Scale tier lifts the ceiling to 5 TB instead.
